Food Freedom sometimes means knowing the data around your habits & relationship around food! The Hunger & Fullness Scale is a great tool to evaluate your hunger and fullness cues over a 3-5 day period or longer if desired to understand if you're eating a habit, eating for true hunger or over-eating due to a busy schedule with not a lot of time.  Keep this hanging on your fridge to reference before, during and after a meal.
